Relief from Gout.

Also named metabolic arthritis, gout is a condition where there is a buildup of uric acid in the body.
Due to elevated concentrations of uric acid in the blood stream, it now forms crystals that are deposited on the articular cartilage of joints, tendons and surrounding soft tissues.
This intern causes an inflammatory response in these tissues and joints.
This condition can be extremely painful, and sudden flare ups can cause intense burning pain as well as swelling,  redness, warmness, and also stiffness in the effected  joints.
Other symptoms include low grade fever, and a soreness of the toes and other extremities.
I have found that a simple home remedy can give relief to up to 80% of gout sufferers, sometimes the relief is almost instantaneous, and sometimes it can take a week or so.
Organic apple cider vinegar can really work wonders.
Mix in a 8 ounce glass 3-4 table spoons of ACV, you can add stevia or some honey to make it more palatable. Drink this twice a day preferably early morn and late eve, on an empty stomach.
Let me know how this works for you and you can blog me on the website.
Live long and strong.
Karel.
