This may sound improbable, but the secret to finding more time in your day is spending more time in bed at night, at least 7 hours but no more then 9.
Research at Cornell University, revealed that being sleep deprived makes us do everything more slowly and with less focus. Most of us don't realize what it's like to be fully awake and how much more we can accomplish when we are.
This just might be the solution to clearer thinking and taking action faster.
Try to add one hour to your sleep time for a week. For most of us this would mean going to bed earlier, keep the room dark and cool. When subjects at the Henry Ford Hospital's Sleep Disorders and Research Center did this, their level of alertness jumped a whopping 25%.
So go to bed earlier and be more productive the next day.
