Connecting the dots.
Movement, any movement starts with neural signaling, a signal from the brain for the muscle to contract.
This puts load on tendons first then bones, now bones move around joints.
How well do they move around a given joints function is dependent upon the presence of pain.
Pain that is still there from some long ago injury that never really reacquired total range of motion.
This is where neural reeducation really matters to get back some if not all of that available range.
So less range of motion in the joints, less neural activation of muscle fibers, putting less load on bones and therefore  bone-loss.
Fringe training therefore is vital to maintaining fluid strong movement patterns depending on our goals.
