Mindfulness and it’s benefits now have a plethora of scientific evidence supporting it.
I believe being immersed in the present completely takes away the need to live up to the expectation of others.
This is an immense burden relieved to now focus on pure movement parameters, no judgement necessary.
You’ve moved beyond worrying about how you look, to how well you move and therefore look better without effort.
So go take a yoga class with Carla at our office and see the results for your self. Movement in mindfulness is 500 times more effective than sitting meditation.
