Oxygen combines with glycogen (blood sugar) to form ATP. This is our energy currency and makes it possible for us to move and breathe and everything else. Your body is a miraculous machine, much more efficient than any man made machine, so it makes sense to run your body with optimum efficiency.

I often see people spending hours, waxing their vehicles and buying the most expensive oils and gadgets. Then they drive their shiny-well-taken-care-of vehicles to a fast food restaurant to eat absolute junk, Why is that?
