You read it right - get movin!

An active lifestyle may help prevent cancer--especially in women, say Japanese researchers.

Tracking almost 80,000 people, they looked at energy expended during standing, walking, sitting, and working out.

The most active men were 13 precent less likely to get cancer than the least active men; for women, the gap was 16 percent.

Even small increases in activiy improved the odds of staving off disease.

Just 10 minutes of moderate activity a day will bring about huge changes.

Stay Healthy.
